About MTN
About MTN MTN serves the residents of Minneapolis with tools, programs, and activities to engage and connect diverse residents and institutions through the exchange of ideas, stories, and information. In this way MTN strives to build a vibrant democracy in which all share social, cultural, and economic vitality. MTN began operations in 1984 with a mission to provide access to television broadcast equipment and to cable television channels for the diverse community. MTN's mission centers on empowering communities to bring their own unique voices to cable television. We are committed to freedom of speech for all. MTN enables all citizens to exercise this freedom by providing basic television production training, and by airing all work that is created community producers on its cable channels.
Payment Options/Terms and ConditionsYou may pay with credit card using PayPal. If you wish to pay by cash, come to MTN. Or pay by mail by check using this form. You must be an MTN Member to take most of these classes. If your Membership is not current, add a membership to your shopping cart. In order to take most of these classes, you must first attend a Free MTN Orientation. Check here for dates and other information. You must pay when registering to hold a seat in your class. Classes are filled on a first come-first serve basis. We will contact you only if class has already been filled or cancelled. Class Refund Policy: You will get a full refund if you cancel one week prior to the first class. In event of cancellation because of low registration, student will be informed two business days before the class start date. |
