Minneapolis Neighborhood News is a production of the Minneapolis Neighborhood Revitalization Program and MTN. In this show we drop by a community garden grand opening in the Lind Bohanon Neighborhood, the Whittier Green Fair, the McKinley Harvest Festival, and the Phillips Neighborhood Clean Sweep.

Segment One: Lind Bohanon Garden

The Lind Bohanon Neighborhood in Minneapolis built a community garden on the grounds of the Jenny Lind school, and celebrated the completion of the garden at this event.

Segment two: Whittier Green Fair

The Whittier Green Fair brought together a number of instutitions and nonprofit groups to interact with neighbors and help them learn how to live more sustainable lives.

Segment three: McKinley Harvest Festival

At the McKinley Neighborhood's Harvest Festival, residents get together to celebrate their successes and have get to know each other.

Segment four: Phillips Clean Sweep

The Phillips Community of Minneapolis comes together every fall to clean up the neighborhood and celebrate accomplishments.
