The Minneapolis and Saint Paul Home Tour is on April 25 and 26. Here is the MTN-produced Preview Show for this year's tour. Segment one. Some of the homes on the Minneapolis & Saint Paul Home Tour are LEED Certified. LEED stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design. Jeff and Salena Gallo are proud to have achieved the LEED Platinum level with their new home at 5 Washburn Avenue South in Bryn Mawr. Segment two. About 10 years ago, Candyce Anderson offered her home for the Minneapolis & Saint Paul Home Tour to celebrate a kitchen remodel. And this year, she is on the Home Tour again to present her newly-finished basement. Segment three. This year, the Minneapolis & Saint Paul Home Tour is proud to feature two homes in Kenwood, as well as a great showing from various parts of Southwest Minneapolis. One of the Kenwood homes is a beehive of activity for the Hoeg family. Segment four. Fred Retzloff and Brian Marquis share a desire for simple living in a warm and inviting home nestled in a vibrant city neighborhood. Segment five. David Matthes and his wife, Devavani, added a two-story addition to their St. Paul home. The addition blends the inside of their house with the changing seasons in their backyard.
